I Laboratori Nazionali di Legnaro dell'Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare con l'Università di Padova e con la significativa partecipazione di SPIN, organizzano la 17° edizione del Master in Surface Treatments for Industrial Applications.

The International School on Crystallographic Groups & Their Representations and the subsequent Workshop on Topological Insulators were held at the International Center for Quantum and Molecular Structure (ICQMS), Shanghai University (SHU), Shanghai, China in July 1-7, 2019.

The second Workshop on Microactuators will be held in Osaka (Japan) on 4^th October 2019. Scope of this international workshop is to promote discussions in the fields of microactuators, MEMS/NEMS, flexible devices and related materials.

SPIN in collaboration with Shanghai University and International Center for Quantum Molecular Structure (ICQMS)  is organizing a school in computational materials science.  The purpose of the school is to provide an introduction to Density Functional Theory  for beginners (master students, PhDs, and post-docs) ranging from its theoretical foundations to practical implementations in computer softwares.
