The 5th edition of SuperFOx, Conference on Superconductivity and Functional Oxides, will be held in Santa Margherita, from February 10 to February 12, 2020.
SuperFOx was born in 2012 from the merging of SATT (conferenza nazionale di Superconduttività ad Alta Temperatura di Transizione) and FOxE (Congresso Nazionale sugli Ossidi Funzionali per l'Elettronica). It is now characterized by an international profile and wants to be a point of accumulation for the young and brilliant Italian researchers who carry out research abroad.
Following the evolution of current research trends, new scientific topics have been included in the SuperFOx program, with the aim at promoting knowledge exchange between adjacent fields of research in solid-state physics. Among the main topics you can find: Superconducting and Multifunctional oxide materials , Interfaces, heterostructures and low dimensional materials, Topology and correlation , Non-equilibrium and ultra-fast phenomena, Quantum electronics and spintronics.
