Logistical information
The congress will take place in rooms A and B (ground floor) of the UNINA conference complex on Via Partenope.
The program for the event also includes the social dinner, scheduled for Monday, November 24, 2025.
Missions and reimbursements
The Institute will cover mission-related expenses for:
- all its employees;
- young associated participants (students and non-employee staff);
- all tenured associated university members, who are or have been part of the Institute Council.
Missions must be charged to the following fund:

Before making any bookings, it is necessary to open the mission through the U-WEB Missioni application, available at the following link:
Only after the mission has been approved will it be possible to proceed with booking and purchasing travel-related services through Cisalpina Tours S.p.A.’s Mytico portal, which will be active starting September 15, 2025.
Accommodation
Participants coming from outside Naples are invited to arrange their own accommodation with bed and breakfast.
Colleagues from Salerno may choose whether to return home each day or stay overnight in Naples.
The city offers a wide range of B&Bs and hotels.

Our budget target is not to exceed, in average, €90 per person per night, including breakfast.
Those who manage to find shared accommodation (e.g., apartments), thereby helping to reduce costs for the Institute, will be offering a much-appreciated contribution.

Pernottamento
I partecipanti non napoletani sono invitati a cercare in autonomia una sistemazione per pernottamento e prima colazione.
I colleghi salernitani potranno scegliere se rientrare a casa o pernottare a Napoli.
La città offre un’ampia disponibilità di B&B e hotel.

L’obiettivo economico fissato è di non superare in media i 90 €/persona per pernottamento e colazione.
